But a bounce is a bounce, look at the one off of the $1.00 mark as the market also bounced. I wouldn't park money here but a tight stop loss would be low risk.

That's part of their statement of claim that worries me. That's why I'm waiting on the sidelines for any sign that the litigation is spurious or valid. Too much risk for me at this point, especially in this market. GLTA.
