Just to put it into perspective, QTRH is -18% in the same time frame weegee cites for QTRH peers, REKR (-91%), ITI (-46%) and GSI (-67%). QTRH announced the ETC acquisition on 16-AUG-2021. QTRH's 5-day moving averages were:

13-AUG-2021: $2.22
16-SEP-2022: $1.82

During the same period, the TSX is -6%. A more appropriate comparision might be the DJIA (because of the high weighting of energy on the TSX); the DJIA is -14% in the same period.
