RE:Merger or buyout
Socrates, my Rustam ball sees a merger-framed acquisition of a USA publicly traded ITS company. According to weegee, valuations are attractive. The Wilan sale comes first tho. All in place by year end when the Infrastructure and Jobs money starts to flow. I see a focus on USA meaning that IRD Europe may evolve into a JV or possibly a divestiture. I also see a fintech acquisition or strategic partnership in 2023 to leverage transaction revenue from its HUB operator position. How's that for crystal balling?
