So if you are on plant-based diets you stay on them or move onto, cheaper non-vegan food altogether.

No question all foods have been hit by inflation. IMO “Why meat is so expensive right now - Jun 7, 2022” is a good read even though it is a little over 3 months old.

We all have to make our own choices about food consumption – vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, whatever – the point I was making is simple….more plant based items are showing up in more Foodservice facilities.

That IMO is good for NSP’s Plantein^TM products as well as potential white label products produced by NSP.

I did a quick check and found the following:

Chicken Tenders – $13.99
Plantein^TM Crumbed Tenders Appetizer – $14.59

Bar One in Langley

Pretty sure that’s not “putting out for double the price” – inflation or not ;<)
