Also the "examiner" provided a list of possible infringements when he went through the patent process. There must be hundreds of applications and patents on his list but the list does not contain the ePropelled patent. I am not sure what he used for search parameters but there was nothing to bring up the ePropelled item. There were all kinds of generators, motors, turbines, etc.
Was that an oversight on his part, a poor choice of search parameters? -- or is it just that there is no infringement?
