I like that the Itochu investments allow EGT to survive during their very complex development.
My questions or concerns are not focused on whether Itochu has made a strong corporate deal.
Rather,
- I want to understand what it will take for Eguana to realize sales volumes and profits from all the support they have received.
I.e.
- Do they have an executive group capable of moving the company beyond the small ponds they have been existing in?
- Financing and corporate connections are clearly available. Can they now grow and reward long-time investors?
- What specifically do they still require to become truly significant in this industry?
- Are they likely to be absorbed by Itochu and if they are, what would that mean for EGT shareholders?
