The most important thing in that article is the 2.8% yield. 

That is insufficient vs. a 4.5% 1 yr GIC and many investment grade bonds in Canada yielding 7% now.

And the cash flow doesn't even support the current dividend.  And with more than 500 employees that will be getting 4-6 % raises this year and a 10-15% vacancy rate that will push overall employee compensation in to 6-9% cash flow will be even worse.
