CA TO WA could be a problem.
OR might want a tax for crossing their state line to go CA to WA with THC products & beverages.
Problem could be crossing into a state where any marijuana is illegal.
I think one can see the possible problem even if you flew what happens if you need to make an emergency landing in a state where your cargo will get you 30 years in prison.
Still to get $TNY & other infused beverages/edibles to be able to sell in 4 contingent states would be a big step.
Feds might leave it too individual states whether marijuana is legal recreationally or medically.
It would be nice if Feds say they won't prosecute and take THC marijuana and products out DEA Schedules for bad drugs. I believe the Feds have done that for low THC hemp.
I would assume the feds want tax money and will figure out a way to let the states decide and still get tax money.
I say this because of the recent Fed ruling allowing states to set laws on abortion for their state.
Most of the states have over taxed marijuana allowing cartels to sell for less.
Beverages could be the easiest way for states and feds to get tax money.
I am looking forward to hear what the AGM will be about. I don't think much but
hopefully it will be good news. Then end of November 3rd quarter financials.
Jones Soda $JSDA appears to release their financials mid November.
Tinley $TNY typically releases 3rd quarter financials end of November.
It would be nice to see substantial improvements in both
