yes there are as you said "run companies with decades long histories of success"

but in my opinion bbd did not have "the decades long history of attrocious management "

but , big players like Alstom, Boeing, Airbus, wanted what bbd has of innovation and success, so they created all knid of problem so bbd become financially unstable and forced to sell, and off course thoe scavengers were helped by our Gov. provencial and ...

now bbd is trying to get up one more time, and they are doing well up to now, if they succeed, it will be a big gain for quebec, canada, and us
