What you would see, if you could step back, is something that has yet to be explained. It gives the impression something is hidden and that hurts investor confidence. Yet these things (failures, dissatisfied clients) could not be so easily hidden. You reach conclusions without facts while others of us here fault the CEO for the information flow.
