RE:Valid points you makeI agree with your statements. If Severs and the other plantiffs lose, they can appeal in the provincal/state and federal courts. This could add another year to the resolving the court cases. Does WMG have enough funds to continue paying their lawyers, accountants, staff, office/plant leases? They don't have enough funds to continue pouring ore into the pilot plant to perform effective calibration. This is a separate discussion for another day.

So, WMG is going to need money now or very soon. Lawsuits are not a crowd pleaser for an investor. Perhaps the executive team and directors will loan the money to the company and then the company can payout the lawsuits.

The optics looks bad with these lawsuits on both sides of the border. For now, Severs has leverage until something shakes up - settlement vs. litigation
