What bothers me most...JRL knew before he finalized the Option Agreement with Msx, Villar had lost the appeal to the Supreme Court 5374-2007 in April 2011. He knew Kokisch and her ruling had been overturned, appealed and reappealed. No properties for Villar...and therefore no properties for JRL, regardless of the agreement these two had.
I also am interested in the outcome of the BCSC appeal. I can't imagine what new evidence would be used to overturn the original verdict.
