rob, i thought you were referring to a few weeks ago august. in my opinion, the 2019 financing was doomed from how they structures it. They announced a financing w o a price, any interested institution/individual could sell/short common shares knowing the had an allocation for the same amount or more shares when the price was set. Allowing warrants to trade day 1 wasn't the smartest move either as it gives the holder no incentive to exercise until expiration, meaning the company won't get the advantage of warrant $$$ until the have almost expired. So, I am not sue if the shorting was down by penny flippers, more likely sophisticated investors knowing they couldn't lose driving the price lower, then covering with their alloation in the financing, w a full warrant in addition. just my thoughts, i know bencro feels that financing and everything ever done by the company is brilliant. but, we are at 25c so he has that challenge to explain :)
