Something completely different

Something completely differentBJ's victim impact statement was submitted in C 2418-2021.  My question is why was BJ receiving consulting fees?

Here's the statement:

May 6, 2021

Victim Impact Statement of Brenton Hugo Johnson, ex-president, CEO and director of Mountain-West Resources, today named Mountainstar Gold Inc (MSX)

On April 9, 2019, the BCSC permanently prohibited me to have anything to do with any and all public or private companies.  BCSC also permanently prohibited MSX from trading on any stock exchange.  Even though the BCSC stated that I, as the executive director of MSX, had had no regulatory problems in 20 years, they still made that decision.  At that time, the BCSC imposed a fine of me of $150,000.

The BCSC’s decision was based on the fraudulent testimony of the Chilean attorney, Mr. Felipe Ossa Guzman, who was presented by the BCSC as an expert in mining law.

In September 2020, Rocco Galati – B.A., LL.B., LL.M. – represented me and MSX against BCSC with a permission to appeal that granted us 100% victory.  He is currently working on the appeal to revoke the 2019 verdict.

Funds had been advanced to Jorge Lopehandia February 6, 2010 from my personal resources for the development of the Pascua Lama Mine in Chile, for which Jorge Lopehandia had the title.

In April 2011, TSX prevented MSX from advancing money to Jorge Lopehandia while Barrick Gold was publicizing the Pascua Lama Project, and TSX assumed that Barrick Gold had the rights, rather than Lopehandia.  This interruption in trade lasted until July 5, 2011, and produced a loss of income, both personally and privately during this time.

In December 2011, I called to a meeting at the BCSC with Jorge Lopehandia, our attorney Alan Hultman and another director.  This started the assault on MSX and me while we continued in our legal fight against Barrick Gold and its Chilean subsidiary, Minera Nevada SpA, who disputes the property at Pascua.  For six months, the BCSC subjected us to non-stop consultations and meetings.  Each time, I traveled 40 kilometers to Alan Hultman’s office in Vancouver to meet my lawyer and answer Betty Adema’s questions.

I had to endure six vicious, expensive and arduous months of interrogation without proof of title on the part of Barrick Gold.  It should be noted that Barrick Gold supports the BCSC through its dues.

Personally, I have 15 million shares that have been delisted since 2019.  A sum of more than $1 million in deferred consulting fees is due.  Due to the interruption of trade, I now live almost in poverty and on the verge of losing the rental house in which I live while I continue to fight against the of fraudulent cessation of trade imposed by incorrect information by the BCSC.

On April 28, 2021, the BCSC called me to a “Help Exam” hearing.  The reviewed my personal bank records to try to determine how to collect the $150,000 fine that was imposed on me and that has not yet been paid.  In the process, they learned that my monthly income of $1,247/ month did not even cover my rent of $2,000/ month.

Since the cessation of operations against MSC, my financial and mental well-being has been crushed and the BCSC has essentially led me to bankruptcy.  I am looking for recompense and restitution based on the fraud they directed toward me personally, MSX, and all our shareholders.

In short, I am seeking compensation for the losses based on the fraudulent claim of the BCSC:

Lost income due to the cessation of operation of 15 million shares since 2019
Income potential of the 15 million shares
Lost income due to the temporary cease trading from April 2011 to June 2011
Lost income to attorney fees paid since 2011, paid to both Alan Hultman and Rocco Galati
Damages incurred to the reputation and earning potential of MSX
Damages for personal loss of profits
Damages to personal and professional reputation
Recompense for damages to my mental state during all the period since April 2011
Damages against the potential of profits of the shareholders of MSX

I am also looking for the restitution of the license of MSX to trade and restitution to this or any other company if I want to continue, and with it our shareholders.

Brent Hugo Johnson
