Simple Methodology to expose Schneps and LetsMakeMoney9
Before I discuss the very simple methodology to expose Shneps' full real name, phone number and email address, and then file a defamation claim I will first discuss his pathetic rebuttal. In him answering for his previous posts this morning where he states Greenbriar's assets are in "pending legal actions" he then further claims that "pending legal actions" does not mean litigation. From the law society books in both BC and Ontario, "Pending Litigation" means: a proceeding in a court of law whose activity is in progress but not yet completed. No judge would take his argument, besides our litigation lawyer has dozens of his other really egregious defamatory posts. Greenbriar does not control Captiva nor Captiva's Solargram assets and Captiva is not wholly owned or even partially owned by greenbriar. We own less than 19% of Captiva shares. it is a Mark to Market ownership.
Methodology to expose Shneps: As with Sweet Baby Jesus before him, its a simple application in any court either in BC, Ontario or California. (Schneps will love a California defamation suit). For Sweet Baby we sent our lawyer all his nasty posts. Our lawyer places the posts in the body of a Statement of Claim that is attached to a Writ of Summons. The Stockhouse organization does not ever defend a single Writ of Summons to expose a poster. The defendant Stockhouse DOES not attend or defend. The first Writ of Summons against Stockhouse goes unopposed and Stockhouse hands over the posters IP address. The 2nd Writ of Summons goes always unopposed against the IP service provider whether Rogers, Shaw, AT&T or whomever. Even if its hidden in gmail, the service provider gives us the full name and address.
In the case of Sweet Baby ( I can easily reveal his name because court filings exposures are all public) but for now its SCOTT M _ _ _ N with an email of ScottyCa _ _k@hotmail.com. He lives in Campbell River, BC. (maybe friend of Schneps ... mmm)
It takes a couple months when Covid was hitting hard but now its faster and these are always unopposed filings. Cost all in about CDN $5,000. I'll expose Schneps through a California Judge. Much harsher awards against defamation and I am California Resident and US Office of Greenbriar.
Once a poster is exposed we file our Defamation suit at our will.
Schneps is the gift that keeps on giving as he has no self control and keeps dropping gems every few days or a week. The more defamation posts made the bigger the payout and easier for the award.
Methodolgy to expose LetsMakeMoney9: LMM9 is much easier because LMM9 called me several times last year, English is his second language (can see that in his posts) and Schneps eggs on LMM9 to say even worse things. However, I kept LMM9 phone number from last year and his messages from last year. He lives near Ottawa and his phone number is 1-873-688-1 _ _ 3
Our lawyers online search service revealed his full name and address.
LMM9 is next for a lawsuit.
