Today after market close. On a separate note, I just bought another 5,500 shares at 9:33 am at 1.51 (voting shares), and poof! Nowhere to be seen this trade. I am convinced they are purposely holding the price down. It smells like a cheap privatization attempt coming, but I hope I'm wrong. Regardless, the BOD is not respecting its fiduciary duty to shareholders. Let's see what happens when they report a 7th consecutive profitable quarter later today.
