Simple math says MOZ is higher today than it was Sept 1st

Simple math says MOZ is higher today than it was Sept 1stSept 1st the total outstanding shares were 257 Million. Closing price that day was $1.38. Total market cap =  $354 Million..

Today even though the SP closed @ 92 cents, the total outstanding shares have increased to 394 million, making MOZ's total market cap cap s362 Million..

So even though the SP might be down over 40% from Sept 1st, the total market cap @ 92 cents a share is still higher today than it was Sept 1st.

Sept 1st's market cap of $354 million would make MOZ SP today 90 cents.
