The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

Toledo Refinery Fire

The CVE SP appears to have just reacted to the price of oil yesterday and today. Any information about their liabilities at this point, especially as it relates to the last 50% buyout of the refinery would be appriciated here.
