The Viking is a light oil, horizontal development play located in central Alberta. Its operations are focused on the Esther area. Peace River is a stable, cold-flow, base production asset. It operates on a contiguous and an acreage within the heart of the Peace River Oilsands region.

Your logic makes no sense and it shows your lack of understanding of oil stocks. WTI the last month went from $96 to current price of $84. So you should expect obe to follow a similar trend. Now if wti prices were going up but obe wasn't, then u know there's an issue. A big one actually. Does that make sensw? You shouldn't be investing in oil if u don't understand this basic logic.
