RE:RE:Schneps ...Help me understand what is the point to buy a real estate company right now ?  Now after the fed meeting ,  the house market already falling apart and heading to a even worse Disaster. Worst timing to sell houses , and worst timing to buy house for anyone with little common sense .  It is nightmare  for real estate.  And Who going to buy sage ranch with a 180million $ bidding at this time ?
