I would say this is a 100 STARS NEWS...   Seimens... with long term agreement.

How many trains in China, India, etc, etc, etc...  With pollution that NO ONE CAN IMAGINE...

I agree, bump on the very short term but...  Big money will get in before anyone, no worry.
