It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

Its started major global financial crisis that Roubini predicted in May will be worse than 2008 as the global debt load is now 3 times it was in 08.If it gets that bad then it could delay the opening of the Goose mine as credit could get tight in a depression and my prediction of a take over might not happen in such a case as the majors will hoard cash.
