I'm not short am I'm not a basher I just state my opinion, which I'm entitled to, and I back it up with facts. FACTS. As far as I can see, this company hasn't delivered on any of its stale promises, and I know for a FACT the balance sheet sucks. I think this is BS. Period. As for litigation, Ooooh, I'm scared ! Not.
