RE:o/t: Have a great weekend everyone!As we know...DMF masterfile is active ..this alone is a very big accomplishment...one of two companies in North America able to provide active pharmaceutical ingredients for the only FDA approved cannabinoid drug EPIDIOLEX.........(pure Cbd oil 17OO-2200$ usd, 100ml bottle, approaching 1 Billion$ in global sales).......epidiolex maker JAZZ holds the other CBD DMF masterfile and the patent expires and is open to generic challenges this Wednesday........iv been saying this for sometime here and on other forums.....I'm confident this Wednesday LABS will be submitting the patent challenge to the FDA for EPIDIOLEX...literally the only company able to produce a generic version for the largest market of this drug the United States....this is the submission they're waiting on for the PR about the now active DMF masterfile (publicly available knowledge).....furthermore the FDA pharmaceutical patent challenge review may take up to 180 days...if successful, and I don't see why not...let's be honest..generics are approved regularly on complex synthetic drugs....MEDIPHARM LABS may be completely certified FDA approved sole supplier for the EPIDIOLEX GENERIC...lastly JAZZ has multiple trials ongoing to broaden the use of this drug...$$$$$$$...significant capitalization is only months away.... buckle up....looks like a unicorn rocketship to me.
