Agnico when purchasing Kirkland merged and gave KL shareholders .79 of an Agnico share ..in 2021 Agnico had 245 million shares after merger they went up to 457 million shares therefore yes they gained assets but share count up..

Bontera was made an offer in Nov 2020 when it had under 75 million shares and since then has 126 million shares , the big question is what is Bontera's value with a present market cap of 68 million ..does Osisko offer $100,000,000.00 or .86 cents a share for what would be a good premium at the present share price ...watch what you wish for lol ...glta
