If hi risk penny stocks dont out perform the market why own them? Risk adjusted returns are an essential method of assessing investment returns. If returns equal an index why take on the added risk. Sadly E has not outperformed the Energy index. Buying low fee lower risk Index EMF's would have been a better investment .
