It turns out it was a false alarm re: upcoming good news on TH-1902. A news service that tracks upcoming FDA decisions included the IV Push approval in its report this morning that came out at 7AM, likely triggering computer algo programs that track such developments to buy the stock in the pre-market. The buying start soon after that news item was posted. While IV Push will be nice to have, it probably is not enough of a new development for algo's to get too excited about. But their algo's and they don't know that - they just read a headline and buy.
