RE:BAD STOCK REKOR...... will be our biach in whole or in parts...only if we want it. One of QTRH's cornerstone principles for acquisiiton is a sticky customer base. REKR does not appear to have many customers, although what it has might be "sticky".
More likely, REKR would be of interest if its technology has value and could be integrated in ETC's paltform at a lower cost that creating from scratch. REKR's market cap is USD $47M.
