Don’t know if this means ..proposed to issue or it has been done!

New Tsx regulations allow Private Placements and Shares for debt to be
issued as low as .01....some might view this as a desperation move to inject
$$ into company....others might see it as insiders placing a 1 million$ bet on
Aion’s future!.....either way..prrety significant move!
