RE:Always expect the unexpected....You can't fight the fed. This has happened over and over again. Some 100,000 mortgages will hit their trigger rates soon and demand more money from people who don't have it. They will have to increase their payments otherwise they pay nothing down on their principle. Thats a lot less good and services being bought to compensate for the extra debt servicing costs. Less good/servies being bought less oil needed to transport. This is going to unravel really fast. The economy has for almost two decades has been held up by cheap credit. That is gone. Watch how the house of cards falls so quickly.
