RE:RE:RE:Petroteq & Valkor
RE:RE:RE:Petroteq & ValkorI don't believe it's a fraud, far from it. But oil is out of favor and the market will be hard pressed to get the sp going to any extent. Having said that, an interested party should might take advantage of the opportunity to snap it up at the low valuation.

so you mean to say over 4 years plus this company didn't show that their tech didn't extract any oil to any extent and that this whole thing is a fraud yet Viston was eager to give a premium on an acquisition without doing any due diligence to actually even see if the supposed tech works I would find that to be extremely unreal and incredulous. Why on Earth would anyone offer any type of anything without being shown something works at least to whatever scale? That wouldn't make any sense to me whatsoever!!! I am just saying and putting this comment here as I don't like posting openly on the boards. All the news releases make it seem as though on some scale the tech has been proven and if not why on Earth would Viston tender a buyout on something that isn't even shown to any type of degree. The commercial plant is an entirely different thing...first and foremost has this tech been shown to work on scale or the other? If not than this is fraud to the highest degree as it is constantly claimed it has. Secondly if it has then it is time and possible restructuring shares through a 10 to 1 or whatever consolidation get the proper backers while proceeding when they are there take out the excessive shares uplift and carry on beyond this. Again if nothing proven well the Sec needs to make sure the company states this properly and let retailers decide and go from there. So either this is proven on some level or is fraudulent right now and the SEC needs to get in here and tell this company to rewrite its information!!!
