What Kind Of A Bounce Will Trillion Take?

What Kind Of A Bounce Will Trillion Take?  Trillion's share price has fallen to a possible support level of around 40 cents. The last time it rose to that level was on August 31. Volumes of shares trading for this company have been consistency good which bodes well for future investor interest.

After all, the company's fundamentals still remain, extremely good.

However, the likelyhood of some sudden jump in investor sentiment seems unlikely now since all the present news is already out. Everyone now knows what is coming soon at the end of October, November and into the month of December. So people feel that they have plenty of time to get invested, before production begins.

Whether the price continues to slide lower depends upon the need of sellers to seek that better investment opportunity. They may feel that they have plenty of time to buy back in.

And they, may be right!

Or they may choose, never to return.

The last time the price moved quickly higher was back on September 2 when a volume of shares of 6.31 million shares was traded. The share price rose rapidly from the 40 cent level that I previously mentioned.

This kind of move may be unlikely to happen again till the gas production, comes on line.

Even then, because we are now in beginnings of a recessionary period and people are being a lot more careful about how they invest, it might be more likely that the share price will rise, more gradually, over time.

Near recessionary bottoms, people are very choosey about where to place their bets! That's where they stand to make the most money! The market moves rapidly when the herd starts to buy again. It becomes very aggressive, just off the bottom.

As potential investors seem more convinced that the promises management have been making are a realizable goal, then sharply higher moves, would then, be more likely!

The company is still on the small side but has a lot of room to grow!

Good surprises startle the market into action. Competition for shares is the driving force. For now, with Trillion Energy, it doesn't exist! They need to discovery that motherload of gas!

I believe that they probably will!

That doesn't mean that present day price levels are not the best entry points or even a little higher, it just means that investors here must be patient and a have some conviction that the company is on the right track.

If anyone is looking for a quick flip, I would say forget it and go somewhere else. The mining sector has always seemed to be the favorite play for that kind of action.

I just got too tired of losing money constantly. I am staying away from it!

I would have been further ahead, by just leaving my capital in the bank and forgetting about it.

If interested in this company, and you don' t mind tying up your capital for a couple of months or so, then enter this position at your leisure. There appears to be no immediate rush to buy.

The recession is banging on the door! Yet at any time, the share price could start a gradual upward move. But in the short term, I wouldn't know, why it should. The interest, just isn't there.

In the short term, I just don't think any upward price is sustainable. Forgive me, if I am wrong!

There was a brief move today up to 42 cents but the sellers just sold it off!

As I said, the financial fundamentals for this company, seem readily apparent.

The volume of shares traded are consistently good, but there isn't enough conviction to drive the price, very much higher, as of yet.

We are approaching the levels where the buyers and sellers are in a kind of equalibrium. When the selling pressure begins to decline, then the share price will move higher.

 It's not a rocket science!

We may be nearing this inflection point now, but I think that any positive upward change will take place, in a more gradual fashion. This could be considered a good thing for those with smaller positions, who would prefer to dollar cost average in, over time.

But for the active trader, seek the greener pastures! The longs won't miss you, when you're gone.

We have a share price that looks like a rolling ball. Someone needs to punt it higher.

The shareholders won't play ball here, until the real game, actually starts! Successful production and future exploration is the key to that kind of move.

rockit2, you probably have some time left, to make your best, big move!

Just remember that in this recessionary period, you had better pick well and low and be a nimble trader.

Otherwise, just pick your best long term play and stick with it. If your guess is good, then over time, it should perform, very well for you. Do your own due dilligence. I've done mine!

Sorry to appear so boring, but for now, we are invested in a very dull stock.

Tommorow that will change, whenever that day, chooses to come!

                                                          All the best! Java
