My guess about how this came about is the ZipTrader guy need content for his YouTube show. I am not sure what his business model might be but would I be surprised if he positioned his personal portfolio in a small cap stock that can be easily moved by his followers and then touts it to them? No, I would not be surprised. He just needs a "hook" - in this case the upcoming approval of IV Push and he can talk nonsense around that. The followers buy, he sells and he makes a living for himself. The cost of doing business is hair gel, brightly colored suits and few minor colorful props.
