Keates West structural zoneThe two discovery holes were drilled at high angles (60 and 63 degrees). Assuming that they were drilled to hit the new zone perpendicular, the new zone is dipping 27-30 degrees to the southwest (moderately dipping). Crunching the numbers, the new intercepts are ~210 m down dip. Since we have no numbers for the upper regions I reduced the mineralized dip length by 2/3. In the absence of data we can imagine the entire 210 m as being mineralized. That would increase the gold content to 90,000 ozs. For the moment I'm not going there.
By "equity" I was referring to metal value in the ground. We have no idea what costs or profit margins are going to be.
