excellent response. Licensing revenue while the plant not fully running is essential but a huge piece of the equation is American presence if from my understanding that was one of the big reasons the takeover was rejected threat to US domestic economy. The biggest key is regardless of how good interest is with foreign players you absolutely need US backing to have a prayer to get the plant up and running. This is fully understandable. As a Canadian I expect whatever energy is domestically produced should first be provided to Canadians and at the best price but our status government OKs the sale to the US especially and does not fully look after Canadian interests first which is a huge no no in my books...things like hydro electric power etc. I am not opposed to excess being sold off but when you don't look after the country's needs fully yeah I have a problem. I fully understand if Biden has a protectionist policy here and fully support in especially in what I have just said the primary beneficiaries rightly should be the Americans it is their resources their land and their first rights. So until the company gets strong US backing and licensing revenue to keep it going yeah the share value will not likely move that much. I actually wanted Viston to withdraw their offer. Now as that desire happened I strongly desire for huge American presence that remains the key. Given the company has been fairly persistent and going on for 4 years plus they will get the backers that are not only needed but essential and there needs to be as being stated a way more American one involved and they will come when seeing prices at the pump!!!
