RE:RE:ASX sunk

RE:RE:ASX sunkHonestly, I do not care about shareholders vote, I believe it will be approved, because who would vote "no"? Like voting "no" to more cash in the pocket.

The action is merging and it takes time. I will be pleasently surprise if it happen in 2022. I know how many unexpected turns simple paperwork can take.

I think LPI has strong management team, base on results and their communications.
Future LPI has strong fundamentals: all permits in place, DFS in place, enough cash to wheather the storm or to be patient with partner selection, and most important it has great deposit.
Good management + great assets is normally converts into high s/p. That is why I am patient with this company.

You are right about under $2 rules and I am very happy about it. The rule does not affect ability to get financing, share price has no role in it.
At the same time, because many institutional investors avoid under $2, these companies are undervalued - my type of companies.

Recession will be bad for most companies, cannot do anything about it, and even old bonds are down. The best way is to buy Walmart or so, but BRZ is a high risk investment, different risk, but also a hope for bigger return.
