RepliCel Life Sciences Inc. is a Canada-based regenerative medicine company. It has also developed an injection device, DermaPrecise, which improves the administration of its cell therapy products and certain other injectables.

Yes, they must give us all of the pertinent information regarding the meeting and as mentioned in my last post:
"The directors must notify voting shareholders of the time and place of a shareholders' meeting. They must do so no more than 60 days and no fewer than 21 days before the meeting date."

So that means the latest they can give us this information is Oct. 10th.
