Hi Patrick, i agree with you 100%. Although i think your estimate of $80-$100k is on the low side.
Another way to proceed in order to preserve GRB money ( As mentioned by a few) is to have a shareholder or shareholders put up the money for the lawsuit on behalf of GRB. With the understanding that after settlement/judgements are awarded,they get back their costs and split the difference with GRB.
