contracts started, promotion started and new sales mechanisms were created - like Evergreen.
All this after Hinke went nowhere with AEP install of LowNOx technology that failed to scale up.

Professional Sales ability was recognized.
I think we even got a large outside investment.

Bill cleaned up the financials as a CFO. Bill has done well in M&A - but there is now weakness with closing repeat sales.

IMHO. - the lack of a sales orientated CEO has dulled sales expansion within the F500 group.

TMG needs to penetrate boardrooms and get decisions.

C-W is best achievement so far under Bill - but needs to actually start yielding sales.

TMG would benefit via a new board member associated with C-W or its field of power companies.
