ARX has a brain dead strategy, that demonstrates little to no thinking, and exhibity a ton of risk for shareholders. (Attachie, Hedging, Sharebacks, Surise) All cost shareholders with zero return.
The ideal ot raising dividends on a yealy basis, means they simply are not the same ARX as they use to be and the objective in not to pay shareholders, it to pay themselves, low end accounts that basically are managing the company.
Management is dismal, and if the market in general is going lower, why byback more shares and pay higher prices, the answer is that management is brain dead and that is the way they do things, in a brain dead manner, they don't have a business person on the management team from what i can tell.
