A very real possibility

A very real possibilityXebec may already have done a PP. It's possible the company has raised $10 or $20 million via a private placement in the last few days. Probably a unit offering of shares and warrants, and the buyer may already be selling the shares and keeping the warrants. 50 cents seems an obvious round number.

If it has, we'll be reading about it within a day or two.

If that is indeed what's happened, the stock won't stick around here for long.

Legacy issues are history now, and the cash crunch will have been dealt with to sustain smooth operations until meaningful cash flows from UECompression materialize.

Q3 will be very very interesting.
