Now it is back to $4 range but long from done with USA in the crosshairs.
Canopy and their multi-unicorn backer STZ have already locked up a leading US MSO called Acreage Holdings for rapid flag planting and footprint in all of the States that Acreage is set up in.
Canopy needs this size of marketplace and a more business conducive government to really stretch their wings and fly.
I'm on the bid above the yearly low because the US is too big to ignore as is Canopy with their huge big brother backer Constellation Brands, hardcore moneymakers in the beverage field who will bring that expertise to Canopy and Acreage.
Entering the US, Canopy wil face huge competition. It seems we were all fooled thinking the legalisation would have been done yers ago. Rather, it wil take years. i am out of the market on the side. I would not risk any money before seeing their next quarter result which will not be stellar as all the others. As for Buffett, it is irrelevant. He would never invested in a company with such a disastrous bilan, the same for the others companies in the sector. Someone who uses Buffett as an example is about the same as the annoying pumping from the ones comparing Amazon to any cannabis company.
