Swing trading is easy money when patterns are established. GXE has a pattern almost like clockwork. Its called limiting risk. Why leave money on the table when you can cash in and keep money off table 97% of the time. When you forecast an overall market crash its simply a technic to not lose capital. Going long is not a smart move when a drop is nessessary. 1/3rd the worlds money supply was introduced during covid. That needs to be erased. Just a fact. Its happening.
Until it happens no going long for me. I'll leep taking chefboys money. And by no means am I the "younger" generation. Well over my half life.

I sold out of 95% of mine in Spring. I knew it would tank this year, just didnt know when. Swing trades at times for good money. Got caught with 50k shares though right before this tank. Oh well, lots of cash ready to deply. For me, this slide is nowhere near the bottom. I'm not movin g in big until its covid #'s and I think it will be.
Lashing isn't wrong, chef, it just a different style. I suspect the swing trading is a younger gen phenom where that gen holds little hope for the future and lives for today. Anyhow, everyone's opinion has value.
The longs are not wrong either, just have to wait the volatility out and, collect a 10% divvy while waiting.
