New properties acquired for what reason?

New properties acquired for what reason?
So the company acquired two new properties and told us they would be explored/drilled this year.

They soil sample the Graphite project and do nothing at all with the Red Lake area one.  No updates at all from the company.

They lowball a placement at 3.5 cents, which is half the price or more of their previous one and then do nothing with the cash raised.

They have not leveraged their existing properties at all, even where they told us that they are looking for a buyer for Justin and that was the reason that they had prepared its technical report (they could have just waited to sell it and then used the cash for their other properties instead of doing the lowball 3.5 cent placement).

They still list Forrest Kerr as their flagship property but we have gotten no recent updates on their plans for it.

The share price 4 years ago was 30 cents and Sprott invested heavily in a 30 cent placement.  Today everyone has already bought all of the 3 cent shares that they want, with 500,000 sitting there for the taking.
