Canopy lost $240 Million on opening retail stores

Canopy lost $240 Million on opening retail storesThe big problem was all the hype from reputable analysts who couldn't have miss red the market more if they tried.  As if high end boomers would all of a sudden drop their 12 year old scotch and start puffing weed.  What dummies.  Retail is junk - it's about a 15% margin and hardly worth trying.  Hard core clientel is required (smoke 3 times a week) and they are a low end customer who is very price sensitive.  Can't wait for our local stores to close.  You never see anyone in them.
