RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:When it happens . . .

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:When it happens . . .Canadiandave - In my experience -- in a completely unrelated field -- large institutions are very beurocratic and weighed down by process and procedure. Many of the seriously cashed up big entities that could buy us or partner with us would only want to spend a certain amount of time on this file in advance of all the permits being in place....once all the boxes have been checked they will dive in and do a relatively quick analysis (quick being 2 months). I suspect that we have many suitors who have communicated that they will take a serious look only when everything is in place....of course, there will be some that will come in faster....but beurocracy rules much of the corporate world. That was my thinking. Either way. - slow or fast - i am very much looking forward to a deal.

As for our mgmt strategy -- i also think CRE has more leverage with the actual permits in place. It is one thing to negotiate as though they are in place...and when they are actually in place....the leverage increases for sure and so would the price to partner or sell..just my opinion.

good luck to us all!!
