Comex

ComexFirst off, I have taken a hiatus (for various reasons).  In regards to Comex, the next scheduled meeting is Nov 2/22.  I have emailed and received a response that in fact the next meeting is Nov 2/22.

Unfortunately, they cannot confirm at this moment if the Rose project will be on the agenda for the November meeting.

This can mean one of three things:

1) the project will be approved by then (special meeting), so no need for them to be on the agenda 5 weeks from now OR

2) the agenda has not yet been set for the Nov 2/22 meeting

3) they are still going through questions/answers/DD, etc. and as such, it may or may not be ready to discuss in the Nov 2/22 meeting

Can someone do some digging, read past Comex meetings (minutes), and determine which option above is more likely?
