As BoJo said many stores are being forced to close shop because of the illegal market, the government may need to losen the restrictions on MSOs licensing cap to help keep these businesses open. CURAs purchase of EMMAC and their growing tech helped in reduce growing costs which they have applied to their U.S. Cultivation facilities. :)
