In the executive world, the concept of active and visible leadership does not mean just powerpoint updates and quietly introducing financial updates through FTP on a website.

Hopefully there is more.

Nice people, but its kind of that time when being shy (and sometimes ignorant of the audience they serve) is getting in the way of progress.
