US Fed will have little to no choice but to legalize once a majority of states have done so.  At that point Biden will be making himself look bad (yet again) as he plays catch up to deliver on his 2020 election promises.  I would have to think someone in his campaign party realizes he needs to be out in front of that before it's too late.

There will be plenty of investment in US retail as they cut the Biden/ Obama cartel partners and start producing and marketing in a 'legal cannabis' country and continue to build into the existing new legal market, even if that is on a state by state basis. Especially with legal bud starting this side of the 49th, light on population and large production base...Canopy will grow that much more faster stateside and they are really going to need a healthy legal cannabis system along with the pro suvival and growth government back in the Oval....and a southern border back and supported.

They can add all the retail they want and where they want it when numbers work better and the US is built out enough and running smooth....they have been investing in existing retail stateside and will be busy there for a while. As long as they hang on to Spectrum, the med side is going to grow much more going forward....and Canopy will be busy across the pond for some time to come as it opens with more demand med side all the time, legal rec will be not far behind. Canopy will be in on the ground floor globally as the US gets built out. The overall growth stateside as the Biden experiment is cleaned up and out, along with much of the rest globally, the potential for this company is etaggering....the bud hasn't been around for thousands of years because it is a bad product and with the means and methods today, the cannabis footprint will cover the globe. Everyone needs to do their DD and buy, sell or hold accordingly. JMHO...Opt

What do you suggest that means exactly - and can you explain how the after hours trading of last night impacts this mornings transactions.
